As long as you can keep adding Genex monsters to your hand with card effects, you can keep Normal Summoning them out right away perfect for assembling powerful Synchro Monsters like Locomotion R-Genex, or the new Level 10 Genex Synchro in this set that can repeatedly negate and destroy your opponents monsters by banishing monsters from your Graveyard
Any double Battle land hand Ive found to be super awkward, and Id prefer to take an extra point of damage or so in some games from the increased numbers of fetchlands
Where I think this is very strong is with planeswalkers that target your leader, like Basri Ket's +1 to put a +1/+1 counter on it, now your team for two more mana
